Gema personnel and Authorized Gema Distributors registering for Gema SharePoint, Gema Sales Book, and Gema E-Learning will receive access upon completing the registration process and after Gema review and approval. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Gema of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session, ensuring disconnection. Gema will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with these terms.
You agree that Gema, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password and/or account for use of the Site at any time. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site under any provision of this Agreement may be done without prior notice. Should you object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or become dissatisfied with the Site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the Site and/or terminate your account.
Gema grants permission for registered users to access and view the Site and to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of promotion and sales of Gema products.

The terms comprise the entire agreement between you and Gema and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, if any, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. Your use of the Site is subject to the additional disclaimers that may appear within the content of the Site. If you violate these terms, Gema reserves the right to terminate your account without notice.
